최근 영종도가 중구 세입의 67%, 인구 63%를 차지 하면서 영종도가 중구에서 독립을 해야 한다는 목소리가 높아지고 있다.

영종도는 지역적으로 인천대교를 넘어가면 연수구, 영종대교 북인천IC를 넘어가면 인천 서구로 이어진다.

영종대교 북인천 IC를 이용하게 되면, 인천 서구로 연결된다, 추후 제3연륙교가 개통되게 되면 역시, 인천 서구 연결된다.

2019년 4월 현재, 영종도 인구는 80,583명으로 3월대비 1,211명이 증가 되었다.

현재, 영종도 독립를 요구하는  목소리가 높아지면서, 기자가 활동하고 있는 다음카페에서 2011년 "영종도 독립을 위한 투표함 " 을 열고, 영종도 분구를 요구 했던글에 대한

관심이 대두되고 있다.

[중구청은 인천공항및 인천공항에 항공기등록을 한 항공사로 부터 엄청난 세금을 거두고 있다고 알고 있는데,

영종도에 대해서는 정말 무관심하다.

정말 이러면 안되지, 그리고, 구의원님. 영종도에서 나오는 세금을 공개를 해주시길 바랍니다,(특히, 인천공항과 항공사로 부터 받는 세금) 또한, 세금납부 순위를 중구 그리고 인천에서 순위를 올려보시면 어떨까요?

중구청에서 세금만 받고 영종도에 대해서 모르쇠하는것은 아니라 봅니다.

지금 영종도는 점점 좋아지는 것이 아니라 후퇴하는것 같이 보입니다.

주변도 그렇고, 중구청에서는 세금만 받고, 정말 주민들이 필요한 문화시설이나 기타 복지시설에는 투자하지 않고,

무엇을 합니까?

그리고 주민도 마찬가지입니다.

여러분의 세금과 인천공항 그리고 항공사에서 내는 세금을 홀라당 쳐먹고 있는 중구청에 대해서 항의를 하지 않고.

인천공항에게 요구하는 처사는 무엇입니까?

여러분이 인천공항이 발전하는데 도와준것이 무엇입니까? 그렇다고 항공기를 많이 탔습니까? 그러면, 인천공항을 이용을 많이 했습니까? 인천공항이 생기니 혹시나 해서 들어오지 않았나요? 또한, 인천공항 덕분에 사람도 별로 살지 않던 이곳 섬이 이렇게 까지 발전되지 않았나요???  10여년전에에 구입한 아파트등이 지금 어떻나요? 얼마나 올랐나요? 뒷북친사람은 별로이겠지만

또한, 수용이니 개발이니 하여 수십에서 수백억원씩 보상받은님들은 어떻고요, 그렇게 보상받고 영종도를 위해 무엇을 하였나요?

좀 더 성숙해지길 바랍니다. 요구할 대상이 중구청이고 인천이며 특구청입니다. 더 나가 정부랍니다.

중구청에서 정말 모르쇠하면 영종도 전체를 서울로 아니면 계양구 또는 송도로 옮겨달라고 요구할 것입니다.

사실 계양이나 서구가 영종도에서 접근하기 좋죠, 아니..연수구는 어떻고요,,, 중구하고는 전혀 틀립니다. 중구갈려고 하면

서구나, 계양, 또는 연수구를 걸쳐서 가야 하고 , 중구를 바로 갈려면 배를 타든지 수영하고 가든지해야하는데

우리의 행정구역을 명확하게할 필요가 있지 않을까요????

이제 우리 영종도가  다른구(서구/계양구/연수구]를 걸쳐서 중구까지 가는 황당한 일을 하지 않아야 합니다. 우리가 중구에 살면서., 행정업무(구청등에서 처리해야하는 업무)를 하기 위해서, 교통비,시간등이 너무 많이 빼았기고 있습니다. 이에 행정적 독립을 해야 한다고 생각합니다. 그래서 몇가지 안을 던집니다. 이 안에 대해서. 투표를 진행한다면 어떨까하는 생각이 듭니다. 그래서, 투표결과에 따라서, 시민단체결성과 주민투표를 시행하여 정식으로 정부에 요구하는것입니다.

투표항목은 아래와 같습니다.

4) [서울 강서구]로 편입시키자
