인천 중구(구청장 홍인성) 지난 21일 영종 스카이리조트에서 영종국제도시지역 어린이집 원장 보육교사 200여 명이 참석한 가운데 힐링 워크숍을 개최했다.

이번 워크숍은 지난 달 31일 원도심지역 어린이집 보육교직원 워크숍에 이어 열악한 보육환경에서 묵묵히 일하고 있는 영종국제도시 어린이집 교사들의 사기진작과 시설 간 정보교환 등 소통의 장을 만들어 보다 수준 높은 보육서비스를 제공하기 위해 마련되었다.

김찬배 교수의 강연으로 진행된 이번 워크숍은 장기간 보육업무에 지친 교사들이 직무스트레스에서 벗어나 힐링과 재충전의 기회를 갖고 인성함양을 하는 시간으로 진행되어 일상에 지친 보육교사들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.

홍인성 중구청장은“힘든 보육여건에도 불구하고 아이들이 건강하고 씩씩하게 자랄 수 있도록 변함없는 사랑으로 보살펴주신 보육교직원 여러분들의 노고에 박수를 보내고, 향후에도 보육교직원을 대상으로 한 워크숍을 통해 어린이집 보육서비스 질 향상을 위해 최선의 노력을 다 하겠다”고 전했다. [영종뉴스 우경원 기자]

The workshop was organized on March 31st to provide a higher level of childcare services, following a workshop for nursery school staff in the woncity area, creating a place of communication, such as the morale and exchange of information between facilities by teachers at the Yeongjong International City children's home, who are working silently under poor childcare environment conditions.

The workshop, which was conducted by Prof. Chan Bae Kim, was conducted as a time when teachers who were tired of long-term childcare work escaped from job stress and had the opportunity to heal and recharge, and to cultivate humanity, and received great response from nursery teachers who were tired of their every day life circles.

Hong In-sung, director of the Central Office, said, "We applaud the efforts of the nursery staff who have been caring for their children to grow healthy and strong despite the difficult childcare conditions, and will do their best to improve the quality of childcare services through workshops for nursery school staff in the future."
