건설기술교육원은 7월 11일(목)과 12일(금) 이틀 간 건설기술교육원 서울분원(역삼동 KG타워 6층)에서 제10차 공공건설계약 및 클레임 전문과정을 개설한다고 21일 밝혔다.
이 과정에서는 공공건설 제도변화와 주요이슈, 공공건설 중재와 계약관리, 공공건설 계약금액 조정과 법적분쟁, 건설보증 및 하도급 쟁점, 건설분쟁 리스크 관리와 의사결정까지 공공건설 현장에서 유용하게 활용될 정보가 제공된다.
법무법인 율촌 부동산그룹의 박주봉 변호사를 비롯하여 이경준, 정원, 정유철 변호사와 황문환 수석위원, 이은재 전문위원과 김인호 고려대학교 교수가 강사로 나선다. 사전에 클레임 관련 자문의뢰서를 제출하면 해당분야 강의시간에 담당 변호사 및 전문위원이 자문을 제공한다.
이 과정은 건설기술진흥법 시행령 제42조에 의거한 설계시공기술인 또는 건설사업관리기술인 전문교육 16시간 이수 인정 프로그램이다.
교육비는 30만원으로 고용노동부 사업주 환급과정으로 운영된다. 참가 접수는 선착순 마감으로 진행될 예정이며, 신청은 건설기술교육원 홈페이지를 통해 가능하다. 교육원은 11월 14일·15일에 민간 건설 클레임을 중심으로 한 과정도 개설 예정이다.
건설기술교육원과 법무법인 율촌은 2015년 교육업무협약을 체결하고, 건설공사 계약분야 전문가를 양성하기 위해 지속적으로 상반기 공공건설, 하반기 민간건설 분야를 중심으로 교육과정을 제공하고 있다.
건설기술교육원은 특히 국내 분쟁사례를 중심으로 생생한 건설현장 실무지식을 전달하여 교육참가자의 만족도와 현업적용도를 높였다며, 매번 새로운 커리큘럼과 업데이트된 내용으로 건설환경을 둘러싼 최근 이슈와 쟁점을 다루어 교육참가자의 상당수가 재참여하고 있고 일부 기업에서는 현장별 계약관리자 전원이 참석하기도 한다고 밝혔다. [영종뉴스 김미혜 기자]
The Construction Technology Education Center announced on the 21st that it will open the 10th Public Construction Contract and Claims Specialization Course on July 11th (Thu) and 12th (Fri) on Construction Technology Education Center Seoul Kwanwon (Yeoksam-Dong KG Tower 6F). In this course, you will learn about the changes and major issues of public construction system, public construction arbitration and contract management, public construction contract amount adjustment and legal disputes, construction guarantee and subcontracting issues, construction dispute risk management and decision making, which is provided by Yongchon Real Estate Group's lawyer, Yongchon Lee, Kyung Joon Lee, Gwan Jung, Jeong Yu-cheol Lawyer, Hwang Mun-hwan Chief Counsel, Lee Eun-jae, and Kim In-ho, Korea University professors. If you submit a claim-related application in advance, your attorney and expert committee will provide advice in the field. This course is a 16 - hour specialized program for design education, engineering or construction management, which is based on Article 42 of the Enforcement Decree of the Construction Technology Promotion Act. The cost of education is 300,000 won, which is operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Registration will be made on a first come, first served basis. Applications can be made through the website of the Korea Institute of Construction Technology. On November 14th and 15th, the education center will also open a course focusing on civil construction claims. Construction Technology Education Center and Yulchon, a law firm, have concluded an education business agreement in 2015 and continuously provide education courses focusing on public construction in the first half of the year and civil construction in the second half of the year to train experts in construction contracts. The Korea Institute of Construction Technology Education, in particular, delivered vital construction field knowledge based on domestic dispute cases, thereby enhancing the satisfaction of the participants and the application level of the education. The new curriculum and the updated contents are used to deal with recent issues and issues surrounding the construction environment. Many of the participants are re-participating, and some companies have also attended all of the site-specific contract managers.
